Why Always Friday at 4 o'clock? On to Calgary

I watched the sun rise over the Rockies where it takes a long time to get up and over and show on the other side. Next the National Ski Team arrived and were doing some training on the side roads.
When we put the jacks down yesterday ( precisely 4 o'clock on a Friday) there was a very loud noise. When we tried to retract them this morning, no luck. Ron finally persuaded them to retract with many loud noises, then we were off down the highway.
I phoned our Tiffen rep in Calif and he directed us to Bucar's RV in Calgary, their rep here. Now we wonder, why, whenever we have a problem, it is always 4 p.m. on a Friday, so shops are closed for the weekend. Over the years, we're had a rad hose break at the busiest intersection in town, HWT quit, blew a head gasket in our truck, 2 weeks ago the brakes failed and now this. After numerous wrongs turns and calls to the dealer, we finally arrived at the RV place. They took us in right away and found a gear in the jack had snapped. We're parked in their paved parking lot, on their power and enjoyed a visit with another couple.
