Garlic Festival at Sharing Farms

The Sharing Farm is in Richmond at Terra Nova Park. They grow fruits and vegetables year round and donate everything to the Richmond Food Bank, Community Meals and other neighbours. Jan and I went to discover all things garlic.
They had a ton of activities for kids and many vegetable products for sale. This festival is their major fundraiser.
Chefs from famous hotels provided their specialties and the garlic toast with Burrata cheese topped with sauteed onions and bacon was one of our favourites. The farm tour and events were very interesting with fields of garlic growing..
We topped it off with ice cream, Jan, the chicken, had blackberry which was delicious and I had garlic, had to try it. It looked like vanilla but certainly had lots of garlic with green garlic chives in it also. Don't know if it was the hard necked or soft necked garlic, soft being milder. Still tasted it 3 hours later. Didn't kiss Ron good night.
