Drizzly Sunday

We went down to the beach on a warm but slightly drizzly morning  for Sunday breakfast at the Hemingway. Used to be the Ocean Beach Hotel from way back when the kids snuck in there for beer with their fake ID. And they thought they were clever. Once Ron and I went for beer on a Saturday night and saw them all. Oops, OM Goodness there's mom and Ron.
It's all spiffed up now and looking quite good. It was warm and nice walking along the Promenade although Ocean Park was faded out.
Vendors were in short supply but the Pier is celebrating it's 100th birthday.
The old train station is now refurbished as a Museum and gift shop.
We used to go down to Seattle as teenagers on the train for school shopping along the ocean front , a beautiful trip.
