Surrey or the Library are doing the coolest thing - building a living wall they call Green on Gray. They have installed a gray fabric which has an irrigation system, over the concrete walls of the Surrey Library building here in South Surrey. The design has been all planned out and it is now being installed with living plants. The effect will change with the seasons depending on how they have planted it. It is really fun seeing it go up.
