This is the view behind our place. Cressy is developing acres of land. It's nothing but backhoes from 7 a.m. on when the Moho starts to shake. I don't know how many houses are going in but it's lots with a school site as well. This is going in between O Ave, up to 4th, from 175A St. to 173 at present and will encompass about twice as much land when it's finished. I don't think any lots have been sold yet and there is a slowdown in real Estate so that would make me nervous.
