We headed to Jan's newhouse for her annual pool tournament.

We played in her huge shed.

New Kind of Going Away Party - Soup Party

We had a soup going away party for Jan as she is going to Ohio. We enjoyed Chicken Tortilla, Sauerkraut, Italian Pasta and  Broccoli and Cheese soups. Delicious.

Langley Car Show

This was like a trip through memory lane. It started with a TR2 with a soft top roof that Lenny had when I met him and we drove it, until we had 3 kids.

The next for me was a 56 Chev like we used at our wedding and moved up to from the TR2.

Noreen and Claude's Wedding

We had a magical day today for the wedding of our friends. There had been a freak extreme windstorm for a few hours Sat. and power was still out Sunday morning. The bridal couple arrived for the ceremony in a 1838 white Buick limousine. It was a very special day with family and friends.

East Beach in White Rock

I'm trying to get good value from my white Rock parking pass. Today my walk was along the east beach.

Walking down on the waterfront is always so interesting. Trains are working or sightseers.
Lots of flowers everywhere.

BusyTime

I went to see family on the coast and shopped with Hana for a party for her 14th birthday. The yard was all set up and the garage was arranged for a show.

We had a great lunch with 7 of us high school grads together when I got home. After all these years.

Fun with neighbours

Our neighborhood plays golf every Saturday down at the little Peace Portal par 3. Well, I finally made it for my first golf game in 2 years. Had fun.

Next was a

great party with pool time at Wendy and Johns.

Volleyball was spirited.
